The Process
Our Organizing Process
-Contact Us-
In the contact tab, submit a contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We will have a phone consultation to get a better idea of what you are looking for.
-Consultation-
We will schedule a 1 hour consultation where we can meet and you can walk us through your space, We can come up with a plan that feels right for you.
-Edit-
Don't worry, i'm here to help! I will help you through the process of going through your items to decide what you want to keep, donate, sell or toss.
-Plan-
Now that you have completed the editing process, we will come up with an organization plan and decide if any organizing bins/materials are needed, what type of bins to get and how everything should be organized so that it is easily accessible for you and your lifestyle.
-Organize-
We will organize your belongings according to the plan we created.
-Routines-
We will walk through the newly organized spaces together to ensure you are completely satisfied. Additionally, we will discuss routines you can put in place to help stay organized!
Policies
Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is due 24 hours prior to the consultation.
Payment
A deposit is due when we come to an agreement about the organizing project. Once the organization process begins, payment will be due at the end of each session.
Cancelation
Please call and cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be forfeited if cancelation is less than 24 hours notice.
Donation Items
We are happy to help find a local organization for you to drop off donation items and/or an organization that will pick up larger donation items.
Shopping
Most often our clients prefer to purchase any type of organization bins/materials needed themselves with our support. However, if you prefer we purchase the organization items needed, a $75 fee in addition to the reimbursement of the organization materials will be due on the next organization day.
